At Grammie’s Attik, we take great care in packaging and shipping your vintage treasures to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review the policy below for processing times, shipping details, and how we handle rare bumps in the road.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, using USPS Ground Advantage. This service includes tracking, $100 of built-in insurance, and typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. We use real-time USPS rates and automatically select the most cost-effective option to keep your shipping cost as low as possible.

Packaging
Each item is carefully wrapped and packed to minimize risk during transit. Fragile items receive extra cushioning, and we use clean, recycled materials whenever possible to reduce waste.

Tracking and Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All packages are insured for up to $100 through USPS. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help you file a USPS claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
