At Grammie’s Attik, we do our best to ensure that every item arrives exactly as described. Our products are carefully inspected, thoughtfully described, and lovingly packed — but we understand that sometimes, things happen.

Return Rules Summary
Returns are accepted for 14 days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Fifty items in our store are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Damaged Items
All shipments are insured for up to $100 through USPS. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. These photos are required for USPS claims.
We will assist you in filing the claim and work with you to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

Store Credit and Exceptions
In certain situations, store credit or an exchange may be offered — particularly in the rare case of an item being misrepresented in the listing. We aim to be fair and transparent in all return discussions.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions. In most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to our error.
